VPC同步控制器在制袋機生產站立袋時，根據每 個制袋節(jié)拍中光電傳感器的信號來判斷當前熱封 刀型或圓孔的位置偏差，并和制袋機控制系統(tǒng)以 及機械執(zhí)行機構相協(xié)調，在下一個制袋節(jié)拍中實 現刀型和圓孔位置的精確調整。

INTRODUCTION
During the process of stand-up bag making by the bag making machine, the VPC synchronous controller determines the type of the current hot sealing cutter or the positional deviation of the round hole according to the signals given
by the photoelectric sensor in each bag making step; coordinates with the bag making machine control system and the mechanical actuator to realize accurate adjustment of the type of cutter and round hole position in the next step of bag making.
